The room was comfortable. I found the bed wonderful and the cleanliness perfect. The location was superb, close to tourist attractions. It was convenient to explore the city from here.
I did find the breakfast space cramped. A single, small lift serves all guests, which occasionally caused minor delays. It's a minor point, but something worth noting.

The hotel benefits from its location in a charming neighbourhood. Several famous bars and restaurants are a short walk away. Port Royal metro station is conveniently close, about 10 minutes at most.

The location suited my travel needs wonderfully. I found a taxi spot conveniently across the street. Restaurants nearby offered diverse dining options. The room provided a very relaxing environment after sightseeing.
The room was rather cramped for all the luggage I had. The bathroom was also very small. I noticed there were no hooks in the room to hang my towels.

the room was clean. the location was superb and close to many tourist attractions. exploring the city was convenient from this location. the bed was very comfortable and i slept well.
the toilet was small.

the facilities are modern. cleaning products are provided and maintain a consistently pleasant smell throughout the premises. the wifi was easily accessible and worked very well (no connection issues).

the staff was very friendly and helpful. the reception staff were kind and fashionable. charles helped with early check-in after a long flight and greeted us with a charming smile.

the rooms are freshly renovated with good sound-proofing. the beds are very comfortable and ensure a restful sleep. all necessary facilities are provided within the room, meeting essential needs for a pleasant stay.

breakfast offered many choices. the continental breakfast was plentiful and satisfied different tastes. i found a lot of options to choose from (especially the fresh fruit!).

the hotel is in a beautiful neighbourhood with cafes and restaurants. metro stations are nearby, providing easy access to various parts of the city. many attractions are within walking distance.

The staff was helpful and attentive, readily assisting with directions! i appreciated the modern room design with quality linens. the location was excellent, near a metro station and beautiful cafés. I found it easy to explore all that the city has to offer.
the elevator was a bit slow, though it was a minor inconvenience.

Our superior double room featured soft lighting. It also had tasteful decor! the modern bathroom included a rainfall shower, a heated towel rack, and fragrant toiletries. The large windows let in plenty of natural light.
